KAMRA receives support from several partners in the US and Canada. The main partners that have been supporting KAMRA through various donations and resources over the years are MAP International, MedShare, and Vitamunity Canada:

From 2007 to 2015 the Kirker Hospital received 13 shipments from MAP. These shipments were made up of critically needed medicines, including antibiotics, pain relievers, anti-hypertensive and cardiac drugs, as well as various vitamins and minerals. International Relief Teams (www.irteams.org) sponsored most of these shipments to Niger. Medicines from some of these shipments were distributed to hospitals in all 8 regions of the country.

A partnership with MedShare allowed the Kirker Hospital to get life saving equipment and supplies for the benefit of needy communities in and around Maine Soroa. A total of two shipments were sent form MedShare. One of these shipments was sponsored by Coca-Cola.
